数字经济如何赋能生态韧性——基于中介效应与调节效应的实证分析

摘　　要：运用2010—2021年省级面板数据,在测算数字经济与生态韧性综合发展值的基础上,实证探析数字经济对生态韧性的作用机制并验证其影响效应。研究结果表明:(1)数字经济对生态韧性呈现“U”形非线性影响关系,即数字经济前期阶段产生一定“负能”效应,发展超过拐点值后,其“赋能”效应逐渐显现;(2)技术创新在数字经济赋能生态韧性的提升中产生显著的中介效应;(3)居民收入在数字经济赋能生态韧性的提升过程中产生一定的调节效应,当居民收入水平较低时,数字经济对生态韧性的影响效应更大;(4)中西部地区数字经济对生态韧性的“负能”与“赋能”效应均大于东部地区。数字基础设施、数字化水平与数字产业化对生态抵抗力、恢复力产生显著的赋能效应。数字经济对生态韧性的赋能效应会随着生态韧性的增强而愈发明显。基于此,未来需要推进中西部地区数字经济的发展,促进中西部地区居民增产增收,鼓励技术创新,注重生态保护,从而推动生态韧性的整体提升。Using the provincial panel data from 2010 to 2021 and based on the comprehensive development value of digital economy and ecological resilience,this paper empirically analyzes the mechanism of digital economy on ecological resilience and verifies its impact.The results show that:(1)Digital economy presents a U-shaped nonlinear influence relationship on ecological resilience,that is,digital economy has a certain“negative energy”effect in the early stage,and the“enabling”effect gradually appears after the development inflection point is exceeded;(2)Technological innovation has a significant mediating effect on the enhancement of ecological resilience enabled by digital economy;(3)Residents’income has a certain moderating effect in the process of enhancing ecological resilience enabled by digital economy.When residents’income level is low,digital economy has a greater impact on ecological resilience;(4)The“negative energy”and“enabling”effects of digital economy on ecological resilience in the central and western regions are greater than those in the eastern region.Digital infrastructure,digital level and digital industrialization have a significant enabling effect on ecological resistance and resilience.The enabling effect of digital economy on ecological resilience will become more and more obvious with the enhancement of ecological resilience.Based on the previous finding,it is necessary to promote the development of digital economy in the central and western regions,focus on increasing production and income of residents in the central and western regions,encourage technological innovation,and pay attention to ecological protection,so as to promote the overall improvement of ecological resilience.
