摘 要:深海环境模拟装置是开展深海技术与装备研发中必不可少的试验系统。本文基于预应力钢丝缠绕技术,将传统的单层筒体拆分成双层结构,并在内套筒和外套筒间设有冷却通道。以筒体内径1 000 mm、筒深2 500 mm、最高设计压力200 MPa的深海环境模拟装置为例,进行筒体结构和低温控制过程的初步计算分析。通过计算结果可知:在筒体结构设计上,缠绕预紧系数η=1.13时,筒体外半径r0=795 mm,芯筒总厚度为177 mm,所需缠绕钢丝层厚度为118 mm;在低温控制过程,增压器等熵效率为0.6时,需要通过制冷系统将初始状态的工质水冷却至0℃,并保持筒内不少于4.6%的含冰量,且制冷系统总制冷量不低于24.62 kW,则可以实现筒内200 MPa下4℃及以下低温控制。研究结果可以为大型全海深环境模拟装置的低温控制策略研究提供参考。The deep-sea environment simulation device plays a critical role in the development of deep-sea technology and equipment.Prestressed steel wire winding technology transforms the traditional single-layer cylinder into a double-layer structure and provides a cooling channel between the inner and outer cylinders.In this study,based on the preliminary calculations and analysis of the cylinder structure and the cryogenic control process,an experimental cylinder with diameter of 1000 mm and a depth of 2500 mm,capable of withstanding pressure of up to 200 MPa,is designed for simulating deep-sea ultra-pressure environment.According to the calculation results:In the design of cylinder structure,when the preload coefficient(n)of prestressed winding wires,outer radius(ro)of the cylinder,and the total thickness of the core cylinder are determined to be 1.13,795 mm and 177 mm,respectively.Then,the required thickness of the winding steel wire layer is 118 mm;During the cryogenic control process,when the isentropic efficiency of booster pump is O0.6,itis necessary to cool the working medium water in the initial state to 0 ℃ by the refrigerating system,and keep the ice content in the cylinder no less than 4.6%,the total cooling capacity of the refrigeration system is not less than 24.62 kW.Therefore,the experimental cylinder can simulate deep-sea environment for an extended period at 200 MPa and 4℃.The research results can provide a reference for the study of cryogenic control strategy of large full ocean deep environment simulator.
