摘 要:【目的】为了解决实验室制取蒸馏水的高能耗和低效率问题,设计了一种基于热电模块(thermoelectric module, TEM)生产蒸馏水的蒸馏装置。【方法】首先选取自来水作为蒸馏目标进行试验分析;然后利用TEM实现蒸发和冷凝过程的结合,进而降低蒸馏的能耗;最后考察了在不同电压和温差下TEM的热力学特性对系统能效比(coefficient of performance, COP)及比能耗的影响。【结果】当循环水的流速为36 L/h、温差为24.4℃、电压为13 V时,蒸馏水的产量最大,为400.2 mL/h,系统的能效比最大,为2.25,蒸馏水的比能耗最低,为0.63 kW·h/L。【结论】本研究结果可为水蒸馏过程中降低能耗和提高产量提供参考。[Objective]In response to the problems of high energy consumption and low efficiency in laboratory distilled water production,a distillation device based on thermoelectric module(TEM)was designed to produce distilled water.[Method]First,tap water was selected as the target solution for experimental analysis;then,TEM was utilized to combine evaporation and condensation processes so as to diminish the energy consumption of distillation;finally,the effect of the thermodynamic characteristics of the TEM was investigated on the coefficient of performance(COP)and specific energy consumption at different voltages and temperature differences.[Result]When the flow rate of circulating water being 36 L/h,the temperature difference being 24.4℃,and the voltage being 13 V,the production of distilled water reaches its maximum at 400.2 mL/h,with the maximum coefficient of performance of the system 2.25,and the minimum specific energy consumption of distilled water 0.63 kWh/L.[Conclusion]The results of this experiment can provide a reference for reducing energy consumption and improving production in water distillation process.
