摘　　要：以设计新颖、造型复杂的某机场航站楼金属屋面工程为背景,对该双曲面连续焊接不锈钢金属屋面系统的施工技术展开研究。系统介绍了该屋面构造系统施工工艺,针对该屋面系统曲面造型控制、檩条高空运输、固定座施工控制、超长板加工运输以及屋面板焊接等施工重点与难点进行分析并提出技术对策,可为类似工程施工提供参考。The construction technology for hyperboloid continuously-welded stainless steel roof system was studied,based on the metal roof of an air airport terminal of novel design and complex shape.This paper systematically introduces the construction technology for the roof system,analyzes priorities and difficulties in roof system construction,such as curvature control,purlin transportation at heights,fixed base construction control,ultra-long board processing and transportation,and roof board welding,and also provides technical countermeasures for reference in construction of similar projects.
