摘  要:现代物流仓库垂直运输通道通常采用圆形螺旋形盘道桥梁,但因盘道双向倾斜、空间层次复杂,导致梁板面高程控制、钢筋排布、空心腔施工等难题。以某物流港项目为例,介绍了大型复杂行车盘道钢混组合结构柱施工、盘道梁板高支模和外脚手架搭设、钢筋和空心腔安装、大体积混凝土浇筑和养护,以及BIM技术应用等,解决了双向倾斜复杂盘道施工难题,有效保证了施工质量和安全,加快了施工进度,可为同类项目施工提供参考。The vertical transport channel of modern logistics warehouses are usually circular or spiral curved bridges.Due to the two-way inclination and complex spatial level of curved lanes,there are difficulties in beam and slab elevation control,steel bar layout and hollow cavity construction.Taking a logistics port project as an example,this study introduces the construction of steel and concrete composite structures of large-scale complex curved lanes,high formwork erection and outer scaffolding for beams and slabs of curved lanes,installation of steel bars and hollow cavities,pouring and curing of mass concrete,application of BIM technology.The problems in construction of complex two-way inclined curved lanes are solved,to effectively guarantee the construction quality and safety,and accelerate the construction.This study provides a reference for similar engineering construction.
