摘 要:通过利用矿渣、粉煤灰、脱硫石膏等工业废料制备了一种固化效果优异、成本低的新型固化剂。研究表明:新型固化剂的水泥、矿渣、脱硫石膏、粉煤灰的最佳配比为30∶40∶16∶14;添加新型固化剂可以加速软土固化,与普通硅酸盐水泥固化剂相比,同等掺量下强度对比增长113%。此外,还可明显改善传统水泥固化土早期强度不足的问题,在相同固化剂掺量下,早期强度增长101%,可迅速满足工程需求。由此可见,该新型固化剂可以替代水泥等传统土壤固化剂,在工程应用中具有良好的前景。A new curing agent featuring excellent curing effects and low costs was prepared with industrial wastes such as slag,fly ash and resulphurized gypsum.Research showed:The optimum ratio of cement,slag,desulfurized gypsum and fly ash of the new curing agent is 30:40:16:14.If the new curing agent is added,reinforcement of soft soil will be accelerated.Compared with the ordinary Portland cement curing agent,the strength can be increased by 113% at the same dosage.In addition,the problem of insufficient early strength of the traditional cement stabilized soil can be effectively solved.At the same dosage of the curing agent,the early strength can be increased by 101%,which can quickly meet the engineering needs.Accordingly,the new curing agent can replace traditional soil curing agents such as cement,and it has promising prospects in engineering applications.
