摘　　要：通过对武汉工业建筑遗产进行调研,收集建筑要素特征,绘制建筑要素特征数据表,并对数据表进行分析与总结,从而提出相应的保护改造策略,即内部功能激活、建筑形式改造、节能改造等。针对武汉市工业建筑特征采取的主要改造措施,一是根据原建筑类型与室内空间特征等,引入适宜的新功能;二是对建筑结构、立面构件、原有设施等保留更新与优化;三是结合节能技术与建筑原有条件进行节能改造。Through the investigation of the industrial building heritage in Wuhan,the characteristics of building elements were collected,the data sheet of building elements was prepared,analyzed and summarized,and corresponding protection and renovation strategies were proposed,including internal function activation,renovation,energy-saving transformation and the like.In terms of main renovation measures based on the characteristics of industrial buildings in Wuhan,first of all,new appropriate functions are introduced according to the types and interior space characteristics of original buildings.Secondly,building structures,facade components,original facilities and the like are retained,updated and optimized.Thirdly,energy-saving renovation is carried out in conjunction with the energy-saving technology and original building conditions.
