摘　　要：随着新时代文明实践中心建设的不断深化和拓展,文明实践已经融入到农村经济社会发展各领域各方面各环节,在促进农民精神生活共同富裕、提高农村社会文明程度、筑牢农村意识形态工作阵地等方面发挥着重要作用。党的二十大报告指出,“统筹推动文明培育、文明实践、文明创建,推进城乡精神文明建设融合发展”。文明实践是文明培育和文明创建的重要载体和途径,其内蕴的思想凝聚力、文化涵育力、服务动员力、组织执行力,体现了农村思想政治工作创新发展的基本规律。以文明实践赋能农村思想政治工作,必须壮大文明实践主体力量,打造文明实践特色项目,推动“两个中心”深度融合,夯实文明实践保障体系。With the continuous deepening and expansion of the construction of civilization practice center for the new era,civilization practice has been integrated into all aspects and every stage of rural economic and social development,and it is playing an important role in promoting farmers’intellectual life and common prosperity,improving the social civilization degree in rural areas,and building a solid position for rural ideological work.As the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out,we must make overall plans to promote the cultivation,practice,and creation of civilization,and promote the integrated development of spiritual civilization construction in urban and rural areas.Civilization practice is an important carrier and pathway for the cultivation and creation of civilization,and its inherent ideological cohesion,cultural cultivation,service mobilization,and organizational execution embody the basic law of innovative development of ideological and political work in rural areas.To empower ideological and political work in rural areas with civilization practice,it is necessary to strengthen the main force of civilization practice,create projects with the characteristics of civilization practice,promote the deep integration of the“two centers”,and consolidate the guarantee system for civilization practice.
