天参利咽颗粒治疗阴虚型慢性咽炎的疗效及对血清IL-1β、VCAM-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨天参利咽颗粒治疗阴虚型慢性咽炎的疗效及对血清白细胞介素(IL)-1β、血管内皮细胞黏附分子(VCAM)-1水平的影响。方法选取2021年11月至2023年2月期间我院收治的120例阴虚型慢性咽炎患者,根据随机数表分为对照组和研究组,每组各60例。对照组口服清喉利咽颗粒,研究组口服天参利咽颗粒,均治疗4个疗程(4周)。比较两组治疗前后症状体征量化积分、血清IL-1β、VCAM-1水平,评估两组临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗期间脱落率为3.33%,两组各58例患者完成研究。治疗后,两组主证、次证及咽部体征评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清IL-1β、VCAM-1水平比较均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组临床总有效率(93.10%)高于对照组(75.86%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,研究组不良反应发生率(6.90%)与对照组(10.34%)间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论天参利咽颗粒治疗阴虚型慢性咽炎疗效显著,能够改善机体炎症情况,且安全可靠。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Tianshen Liyan Pharyngeal Granules in treating yin deficiency type chronic pharyngitis and its effects on serum interleukin(IL)-1βand vascular endothelial cell adhesion molecule(VCAM)-1 levels.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with yin-deficiency chronic pharyngitis admitted to our hospital during the period of November,2021 to February,2023 were selected for the study.According to the random number table,these patients were divided into a control group and a study group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Qinghouliyan Pharyngeal Granules orally,while the study group was treated with Tianshen Liyan Pharyngeal Granules orally for 4 courses of treatment(4 weeks).The quantitative scores of symptoms and signs,serum IL-1βand VCAM-1 levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were then assessed.Results The shedding rate during treatment was 3.33%,with 58 patients in each of the two groups completing the study.After treatment,the primary,secondary and pharyngeal signs scores were lower in both groups than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum IL-1βand VCAM-1 levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the study group(93.10%)was higher than that in the control group(75.86%)(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there was no statistically significant difference between the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(6.90%)and the control group(10.34%,P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Yin deficiency chronic pharyngitis with Tianshen Liyan Pharyngeal Granules is effective and can improve the inflammatory condition of the body,and this method is also safe and reliable.
