摘  要:直升机维修性品质直接影响着直升机整个寿命周期的飞行状态,对维持和恢复直升机的战斗力至关重要。直升机维修性评估通常需基于实物样机进行,DELMIA等虚拟维修仿真平台的出现,为现代直升机虚拟维修技术提供了基础。在直升机设计过程中同步搭建虚拟维修仿真平台,并进行虚拟样机的维修性分析和评估,可及时发现直升机维修性设计的缺点并进行改进,可以在提高整机维修性的同时减少型号研制时间。基于DELMIA仿真平台中的3D设计功能,搭建了直升机虚拟维修环境,阐述了直升机虚拟维修仿真流程,并以直升机主起落架轮胎的拆卸过程进行了虚拟维修仿真验证,对直升机设计阶段的维修性设计评估手段具有一定的参考意义。The maintainability quality of helicopter directly affects the flight state of helicopter during its whole life cycle and is very important to maintain and restore the combat effectiveness of helicopter.Helicopter maintainability evaluation is usually carried out based on the physical prototype.The emergence of virtual maintenance simulation platforms such as DELMIA provides a foundation for modern helicopter virtual maintenance technology.In the process of helicopter design,the virtual maintenance simulation platform is built synchronously,and the repairability analysis and evaluation of virtual prototype are carried out,so that the shortcomings of helicopter repairability design can be found and improved in time,which can improve the repairability of the whole machine and reduce the time of model development.Based on the 3D design function in the DELMIA simulation platform,a helicopter virtual maintenance environment is built,the helicopter virtual maintenance simulation process is elaborated and virtual maintenance simulation verification is carried out with the disassembly process of the helicopter main landing gear tire,which has certain reference significance for the maintenance design evaluation means in the helicopter design stage.
