盘中孔贴装不良修复方法探究

摘　　要：在现代经济高速发展的年代,科技技术在不断创新,大到国防军工,小到智能家居,都离不开电子电路。电子电路的集成度越来越高,元器件封装也逐渐变小。复杂的电路印制电路板(PCB)在设计中由于管脚间距太小,常规布线设计无法将所有线路引出,因此为了方便布线,只能打孔从其他层走线,故而PCB采用盘中孔的设计趋势也就越来越普遍。因为其复杂的原因,在使用过程中的不良现象层出不穷,故障也多式多样,从而影响着电子电路的质量,带来了使用隐患。紧紧围绕在电子电路的设计中,针对盘中孔工艺和焊后出现的接触不良现象,采取一系列的补救措施,将其修复利用,达到降本增效的目的,具有一定的现实指导意见。In the modern era of rapid economic development,science and technology is constantly innovating.Whether it is national defense or smart home,electronic circuits are inseparable.The integration of electronic circuits is getting higher and higher and component packages is gradually smaller.In the process of designing complex PCB,because the pin spacing is too small,the conventional wiring design can not lead out all the lines,so in order to facilitate the wiring,it can only be wired from other layers by punching holes,so the trend of PCB using disc hole design is becoming more and more common.Because of its complexity,the adverse phenomena caused in the use process are endless,and the fault characteristics are also diverse,which affects the quality of electronic circuits and brings the hidden dangers of use.Closely around the design of electronic circuits,a series of remedial measures are taken to repair and utilize the bad contact phenomena in the process of disc hole welding,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency,which has a certain degree of practical guidance.
