摘 要:第二代高温超导带材(REBCO)接头技术对拓展带材应用,推进市场化进程有着重要意义。本文阐述了非超导焊接技术和超导焊接技术的焊接原理。总结了焊料焊接法制备的接头电阻受到焊接压力、焊接长度和焊接方式等因素的影响。全面梳理了熔融扩散焊接法制备超导接头所用的吸氧方式和超导层生长焊接法制备超导接头所受到的影响因素。The second-generation high temperature superconducting tape joint technology is of great significance in expanding the application of tape and advancing the marketization process.This paper described the welding principles of non-superconducting welding techniques and superconducting welding techniques.The resistance of joints prepared by the solder welding method was affected by factors such as welding pressure,welding length and welding method.The oxygen absorption mode of superconducting joints by the melting diffusion welding method and the factors affecting the resistance of superconducting joints prepared by the superconducting layer growth welding method were comprehensively sorted out.
