摘　　要：移动金融犯罪由于取证难、监管难、侦破难等原因而面临治理困境。利用区块链技术去中心化和多重数字签名的优势能够助力金融部门、公安机关等对移动金融犯罪进行追惩取证,形成移动金融生态圈互信机制。在移动金融犯罪防控中,通过运用区块链技术构建移动金融监管信息应用平台及移动金融犯罪预警系统,可以不断优化防控策略,从而提升犯罪打击力度与治理效能。Mobile financial crimes are facing governance difficulties due to difficulties in evidence collection,regulation and investigation.The advantages of decentralization and multiple digital signatures of blockchain technology can help financial institutions and public security agencies to pursue,punish and collect evidence of mobile financial crimes,and form a mutual trust mechanism in the mobile financial ecosystem.As for the prevention of mobile financial crime,using blockchain technology to build a mobile financial regulatory information application platform and a mobile financial crime early warning system can continuously optimize prevention strategies and enhance the effectiveness of crime crackdown and governance.
