摘 要:目前,改性生物炭激活过硫酸盐的高级氧化技术备受关注.其中,金属改性生物炭是研究热点.本研究以天然水体中的细菌为目标微生物,利用花生壳、稻壳、玉米秸秆来制作生物炭,通过负载Fe^(3+)对生物炭进行改性,改性后的生物炭可激活过硫酸盐对水中细菌进行灭活,考查改性前后生物炭材料激活过硫酸盐的灭菌效果,并进行总结分析.结果表明,改性前DK-BC和YM-BC对激活过硫酸盐灭活水中细菌有一定效果,其对细菌的去除率分别为54%和37%,经Fe^(3+)改性后DK-MBC和YM-MBC的灭菌效果均有明显提升,其对细菌的去除率提升至81%和70%,其中DK-MBC在负载Fe^(3+)浓度为1.0 mol/L时,灭菌效果最好,表明Fe3+可有效激活过硫酸盐用于水中微生物的灭活.At present,the advanced oxidation technology of activated persulfate using modified biochar has attracted much attention,among which metal modified biochar is a research hotspot.This study targets bacteria in natural water bodies as target microorganisms,using peanut shells,rice husks,and corn stalks to produce biochar.The biochar is modified by loading Fe^(3+),and the modified biochar can activate persulfate to inactivate bacteria in water.The sterilization effect of activating persulfate before and after modification of biochar materials is investigated and summarized and analyzed.The results showed that DK-BC and YM-BC before modification had a certain effect on activating persulfate to inactivate bacteria in water,with removal rates of 54% and 37%,respectively.After modification with Fe^(3+),the sterilization effects of DK-MBC and YM-MBC were significantly improved,with removal rates of 81% and 70%.Among them,DK-MBC had the best sterilization effect when loaded with Fe 3+concentration of 1.0 mol/L,indicating that Fe^(3+)can effectively activate persulfate for the inactivation of microorganisms in water.
