摘  要:由于煤炭成本占热水锅炉供热总成本的60%以上,为降低煤耗、提高炉效节省供热成本,锅炉燃烧自控系统已逐步在热水锅炉的燃烧控制中得到推广.但受制于燃料变化、调节效果、司炉人员操作习惯等因素影响,手操仍是热水锅炉燃烧调节的主要方式.将人工手操方式对锅炉效率的影响进行量化,通过大数据分析,手操导致的煤量波动占总煤量约12%,存在巨大的节能空间.针对手操方式存在的问题,通过有针对性的技术手段、管理手段实现降本增效,是供热企业不断追求的目标.Due to the fact that coal costs account for over 60%of the total heating cost of hot water boilers,the application of boiler combustion control systems has been gradually promoted in order to reduce coal consumption,improve furnace efficiency,and save heating costs.However,due to factors such as fuel variations,control effectiveness,and operator habits,manual operation still remains the primary method for regulating the combustion of hot water boilers.Quantifying the impact of manual operation on boiler efficiency and analyzing the data reveals that fluctuations in coal consumption caused by manual operation account for approximately 12% of the total coal consumption,indicating significant energy-saving potential.Addressing the issues associated with manual operation through targeted technical and management approaches can achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement,which is an ongoing goal for heating enterprises.
