摘 要:泼尼松是一种肾上腺皮质激素类药物,主要用于急性感染、过敏性疾病的治疗,具有较强的抗炎、抗过敏作用。概述了目前已报道的泼尼松相关合成路线,并对每条合成路线进行初步的分析评价,提出泼尼松合成工艺未来改进的方向。通过以易修饰的甾体化合物作为起始原料,采用光催化技术氧化11位醇羟基,并融合生物发酵脱氢、羟基化等技术,可大幅度提升泼尼松原料药的合成工艺水平。Prednisone is an drug of adrenal cortex hormone,which is mainly used for the treatment of acute infections and allergic diseases,and has strong anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects.This paper summarizes the reported synthetic routes related to prednisone,and makes a preliminary analysis and evaluation of each synthetic route,and puts forward the direction of future improvement of the synthesis process of prednisone.By using easily modified steroid compounds as starting materials,using photocatalytic technology to oxidize the 11-position alcohol hydroxyl group,and integrating biological fermentation dehydrogenation,hydroxylation and other technologies,the synthesis process level of prednisone API can be greatly improved.
