摘 要:胰腺导管腺癌(PDAC)是一种恶性程度高、预后极差的肿瘤,早期诊断和准确评估对其治疗决策及改善预后十分重要。双能量CT是近年来CT成像领域发展的前沿方向,具有多参数、多维度、定量成像的特点。双能量CT除了提供常规CT的解剖学信息,还可获得物质分离图、虚拟单能量图、有效原子序数图及能谱曲线等多参数图像,有助于对疾病的诊断和评估。本文就PDAC的双能量CT成像研究进行综述。Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)is a kind of tumor with a highly aggressive malignancy and poor prognosis.Early diagnosis and accurate evaluation of PDAC are very important for treatment decisions and the improvement of prognosis.Dual-energy CT imaging is at the forefront of the development of CT imaging in recent years.Its advantages are multi-parameter,multi-dimensional,and quantitative imaging.In addition to providing anatomical images like conventional CT,the dual-energy CT can also obtain quantitative parameter images such as material decomposition images,virtual monoenergetic images,effective atomic number maps,and energy spectrum curves,which are helpful for diagnosis,differential diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of diseases.This article reviews the research on dual-energy CT imaging of PDAC.
