摘 要:本研究采用纳米二氧化钛对涤棉织物进行防透视整理,探讨了纳米二氧化钛液体用量、纯碱用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对防透视性能的影响,以及对整理后涤棉织物力学性能的影响。防透视整理的优化工艺为:纳米二氧化钛液体:80 g/L,纯碱:20 g/L,溶液超声波搅拌30 min,然后高温高压130℃×60min。在此工艺条件下,涤棉织物在获得防透视功能的同时,防透视整理对其力学性能的影响可以忽略不计。Nano titanium dioxide was used for anti-see-through finishing of polyester/cotton fabrics.This paper investigated the effects of various factors,including nano titanium dioxide liquid dosage,soda ash dosage,reaction temperature,reaction time and other factors,on the anti-see-through performance.Additional,it examined the effects of these factors on the mechanical properties of polyester/cotton fabrics after finishing were investigated.The optimized process of anti-see-through finishing is as follows:nano-titanium dioxide liquid at 80 g/L,soda ash at 20 g/L,ultrasonic stirring of the solution for 30min,and then high temperature and high pressure at 130'Cfor 60 minutes.Under this process condition,polyester/cotton fabrics can obtain anti-see-through functionality,and any adverse effects on the mechanical properties of polyester/cotton fabrics can be ignored.
