组织多普勒成像对瓣膜反流患者左心室舒张功能损害诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究组织多普勒成像(TDI)诊断瓣膜反流患者左心室舒张功能损害的临床价值。方法临床纳入2018年1月至2022年8月期间我所体检中心体检发现的45例瓣膜反流患者作为研究组,另纳入同期来我所健康体检的45名健康体检者作为对照组。对2组研究对象进行常规超声,观察2组患者左心室和左心房容积,分析左心室舒张功能的相关参数。使用TDI检测研究对象的左心收缩与舒张功能,分析对左心室舒张功能损害的诊断价值。结果研究组左心房收缩末期容积(LAVs)以及左心房排空容积(LAVe)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组左心室舒张早期时血流速度(E)、左心室舒张末期血流速度(A)、心肌做功指数(Tei)和心率水平明显大于对照组,E/A水平明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论TDI技术能有效评估瓣膜反流患者的左心室舒张功能,从而评估瓣膜反流患者的左心功能,对左心室舒张功能损害的诊断具有重要价值。Objective To study the clinical value of tissue Doppler imaging(TDI)in the diagnosis of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in patients with valve regurgitation.Methods Forty-five patients with valvular regurgitation found in the physical examination center of our institute from January 2018 to August 2022 were selected as the study group,and 45 healthy people who had physical examination in our institute during the same period were selected as the control group.The volume of left ventricle and left atrium of the two groups were observed by conventional ultrasound,and the relevant parameters of left ventricular diastolic function were analyzed.TDI was used to detect the left ventricular systolic and diastolic function of the subjects and analyze the diagnostic value of left ventricular diastolic function damage.Results Left at rial end diastolic volume(LAVs)and left atrial emptying volume(LAVe)values in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).E,A,Tei index and heart rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and E/A level was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TDI can effectively evaluate the left ventricular diastolic function of patients with valvular regurgitation and evaluate the left ventricular function of patients with valvular regurgitation,and has important value in the diagnosis of left ventricular diastolic function damage.
