摘　　要：氘可来昔替尼(deucravacitinib)是第1个获批上市的新型口服选择性酪氨酸激酶2(tyrosine kinase 2,TYK2)抑制剂,用于治疗多种自身免疫疾病,临床应用前景广泛.本文对deucravacitinib的作用机制、研发历程、临床评价、同靶点药物研究进展等进行综述.Deucravacitinib is the first-in-class oral selective tyrosine kinase 2(TYK2)inhibitor.It is widely investigated in clinical trials for the treatment of autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases.In this review,we aim to highlight the mechanism,discovery history,clinical evaluation,and research progress of drugs also targeting at TYK2.
