摘　　要：目的 分析孕期分阶段体质量控制对母婴并发症及分娩结局的影响。方法 随机选取2020年1月—2022年1月福建省三明市第一医院产科接收的90例孕妇为研究对象,采取随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,观察组进行孕期分阶段体质量控制,对照组进行常规的孕期体质量管理,分析孕妇孕期分阶段体质量控制与妊娠并发症以及母婴结局之间的关系。结果 观察组产科并发症发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的13.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.657,P<0.05)。观察组分娩结局优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组体质量管理效果好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过对孕妇孕期分阶段体重控制发现,强化孕期体质量管理,可以降低产科并发症发生率,能够促使母婴结局改善,有利于提升母婴健康水平。Objective To analyze the effects of staged weight control during pregnancy on maternal and infant complications and delivery outcomes.Methods A total of 90 pregnant women admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of Sanming First Hospital,Fujian Province from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects,and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group received phased weight control during pregnancy,while the control group received routine weight management during pregnancy.To analyze the relationship between weight control during pregnancy and pregnancy complications and maternal and infant outcomes.Results The incidence of obstetric complications was 4.44% in the observation group,which was lower than 13.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.657,P<0.05).The outcome of delivery in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The weight management effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By providing staged control findings for pregnant women during pregnancy,strengthening weight management during pregnancy can reduce the incidence of obstetric complications,improve maternal and infant outcomes,and help improve maternal and infant health.
