眼底激光联合雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 研究糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetes retinopathy,DR)应用眼底激光联合雷珠单抗治疗的效果。方法方便选取2019年1月—2022年9月邳州市人民医院收治的56例DR患者,按随机数表法分组,对照组(28例)行眼底激光治疗,治疗组(28例)行眼底激光联合雷珠单抗治疗,对比两组视力改善率、症状改善时间、视力、眼压及黄斑区视网膜厚度。结果 治疗组视力改善率96.43%较对照组71.43%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.766,P<0.05);治疗组视网膜水肿改善、眼底出血吸收及渗出吸收时间较对照组更短,治疗组治疗后视力较对照组更高,眼压、黄斑区视网膜厚度较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 DR应用眼底激光联合雷珠单抗治疗,可促进视力改善,有利于降低眼压,并促进症状恢复。Objective To study the effect of application of fundus laser combined with Lucentis in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods 56 DR patients admitted to Pizhou People's Hospital from January 2019 to September 2022 were conveniently selected and grouped according to the randomized numerical table method,and the control group(28 cases) was treated with fundus laser,and the treatment group(28 cases) was treated with fundus laser combined with Lucentis.The visual acuity improvement rate,symptom improvement time,visual acuity,intraocular pressure and macular retinal thickness were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement rate of vision was higher in 96.43% of the treatment group compared with 71.43% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.766,P<0.05).The time for retinal edema improvement,fundus hemorrhage absorption and exudate absorption in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,post-treatment visual acuity was higher in the treatment group compared with the control group,and intraocular pressure and macular retinal thickness were lower in the treatment group compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion DR application of fundus laser combined with Lucentis treatment can promote the improvement of visual acuity,is conducive to the reduction of intraocular pressure,and promotes the recovery of symptoms.
