肾衰宁联合金水宝对治疗早期肾功能不全患者肾功能及中医证候积分的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究肾衰宁联合金水宝在治疗早期肾功能不全中的应用价值。方法 方便选取2022年1月—2023年6月三明市沙县区总医院收治的101例早期肾功能不全患者为研究对象,按照随机序列法分为对照组(n=50)及观察组(n=51)。对照组采用金水宝治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合肾衰宁治疗。治疗后,对比两组患者肾功能指标、中医证候积分及生活质量改善情况。结果 观察组24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组中医证候积分(9.54±1.63)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.439,P<0.05);观察组慢性肾衰竭患者生命质量测定量表中的生理、心理及社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 对于早期肾功能不全患者予以肾衰宁联合金水宝治疗,有助于改善肾功能各项指标及临床症状,且提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the application value of Shenshuaining combined with Jinshuibao in the treatment of early renal insufficiency.Methods A total of 101 patients with early renal insufficiency patients admitted to Sanming Shaxian District General Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=50) and observation group(n=51) according to random sequence method.The control group was treated with Jinshui Bao,and the observation group was treated with Shenshuaining on the basis of control group.After treatment,renal function index,TCM symptom score and quality of life improvement were compared between the two groups.Results 24 h urine protein quantification,blood creatinine and urea nitrogen levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group(9.54±1.63) points was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.439,P<0.05).The scores of physical,psychological and social function in the Quantitative Quality of Life Instrument for Determining Chronic Renal Failure were higher in the observation group than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of early renal insufficiency patients with Shenshuaining and Jinshuibao can help to improve the indicators of renal function and clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
