数字贸易对中国农村就业的影响——基于省级面板数据的实证研究

摘　　要：数字贸易是驱动中国农村高质量就业的新引擎。基于2013—2020年中国省级面板数据测度了数字贸易指数以及农村就业质量,并实证检验了数字贸易对农村就业数量和农村就业质量的影响,得出以下结论:数字贸易发展对农村就业质量有显著的正向影响,对农村就业数量的影响呈现先抑制后促进的“U”型态势。此外,数字贸易对农村就业数量和质量的影响存在区域异质性。数字贸易减少了东部地区的农村就业数量,对中西部地区的就业数量的影响存在先抑制后促进的非线性效应。数字贸易对东部地区农村就业质量未产生显著影响,但显著提升了中西部地区农村就业质量。Digital trade is a new engine driving high-quality employment in rural China.Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2013 to 2020,this paper measures the digital trade index and the quality of rural employment,and empirically tests the impact of digital trade on the quantity and quality of rural employment.It is concluded that digital trade has a significant positive impact on the quality of rural employment and that the impact of digital trade development on the number of rural employment shows a"U"pattern of first decreasing and then increasing.Besides,there is regional heterogeneity in the impact of digital trade on the quantity and quality of rural employment.Digital trade reduces the number of rural employment in the eastern region,and the impact on the number of employment in the central and western regions has a non-linear effect that first suppresses and then promotes the employment.Digital trade has not had a significant impact on the quality of rural employment in the eastern region,but it has a positive and significant impact on the improvement of rural employment quality in the central and western regions.
