门冬胰岛素联合饮食运动疗法对妊娠糖尿病患者妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的分析在妊娠糖尿病治疗中实施门冬胰岛素联合饮食运动疗法对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取安顺市妇幼保健院2022年7月—2023年7月诊治的妊娠糖尿病患者80例,采取摸球法分为两组,参考组40例实施门冬胰岛素治疗,研究组40例采取门冬胰岛素联合饮食运动疗法,对两组妊娠结局、血糖水平、胰岛功能进行比较。结果研究组不良妊娠结局发生率为5.00%,低于参考组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05);研究组治疗后血糖水平低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后胰岛功能优于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠糖尿病中采取门冬胰岛素联合饮食运动疗法,可以改善妊娠结局,提高血糖水平控制效果,还有助于胰岛功能的优化。Objective To analyze the effect of insulin aspartate combined with diet and exercise therapy on pregnancy outcome in the treatment of gestational diabetes.Methods 80 patients with gestational diabetes from Anshun maternal and child health hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected,and divided into two groups by the ball-touching method.40 cases in the reference group were treated with Insulin Aspart therapy and 40 cases in the research group were treated with insulin aspartate combined with diet and exercise therapy.Pregnancy outcomes,blood glucose lev-els,and islet function were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was 5.00%in the study group,which was lower than 22.50%in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05).The blood glucose level of the study group was lower than that of the reference group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The islet function of the study group after treatment was better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin as-partate combined with diet and exercise therapy in gestational diabetes can improve the outcome of pregnancy,im-prove the control effect of blood glucose level,and contribute to the optimization of islet function,which is worthy of wide application.
