摘　　要：目的分析对甲状腺疾病伴糖尿病手术患者实施临床护理干预的效果。方法选取2021年3月—2023年1月兰陵县人民医院收治的80例甲状腺疾病伴糖尿病手术患者为研究对象,按照患者住院号单双数分为对照组(单号)和观察组(双号),每组40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施临床围术期护理干预。对比两组术后血糖数值、并发症发生率及护理满意率。结果观察组术后血糖数值显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺疾病伴糖尿病手术患者实施临床护理干预,能够有效提高对并发症的预防效果,并大幅增强患者的舒适度,提高患者满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing intervention on patients with thyroid disease accompa-nied by diabetes.Methods 80 patients with thyroid disease and diabetes surgery admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from March 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(single number)and observation group(even number)according to the odd-even number of the patients,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received clinical perioperative nurs-ing intervention.Postoperative blood glucose,complication rate and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results Postoperative blood glucose in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observa-tion group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention for patients with thyroid disease accompanied by diabe-tes surgery can effectively improve the prevention of complications,greatly enhance the comfort of patients,and im-prove patient satisfaction.
