连续护理干预模式应用在妊娠期糖尿病患者中对其妊娠结局造成的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨对妊娠期糖尿病患者采用连续护理干预模式展开对应护理后对其妊娠结局产生的影响。方法选取2020年2月—2022年8月菏泽市中医医院收治的64例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,依据投掷硬币法分为两组,参照组(32例)采取常规护理模式,研究组(32例)采取连续护理干预模式,临床对比两组妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖各指标水平、孕妇并发症发生情况、新生儿不良结局情况、遵医行为情况。结果护理前,两组血糖指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组血糖指标水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组新生儿不良结局总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组遵医行为各项评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对妊娠期糖尿病患者合理采用连续护理干预模式,可降低患者的各项血糖指标,改善母婴结局,有效提升遵医行为,可促进妊娠糖尿病患者的良好预后。Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention mode on the pregnancy outcome of ges-tational diabetes mellitus patients.Methods A total of 64 patients with gestational diabetes treated in Heze Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the coin tossing method.The reference group(32 cases)took the routine nursing mode,and the study group(32 cases)took the continuous nursing intervention mode.Clinical comparison was made between the two groups of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in terms of blood glucose levels,occurence of complications in pregnant women,adverse outcomes in newborns,and compliance behavior.Results Before nurs-ing,there was no statistical significance in the level of blood glucose indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the level of blood glucose indexes in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of neonatal ad-verse outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The scores of compliance behavior in the study group were all higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical rational use of continuous nursing intervention mode for gestational diabetes patients can reduce various blood sugar indexes of patients,improve mater-nal and infant outcomes,effectively enhance compliance behavior,and promote good prognosis of gestational diabetes patients.
