摘　　要：目的探究2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary artery heart disease,CAD)(简称冠心病)的患者术后接受心理行为轨迹记录法干预的作用价值。方法选取2021年5月—2023年6月贵州医科大学附属医院收治的T2DM合并CAD患者120例作为研究对象,信封法分为常规组(n=58,常规干预)、观察组(n=62,心理行为轨迹记录法干预),探究不同护理干预的应用价值。结果观察组干预后生存质量、心理应激水平评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组护理措施满意率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.928,P<0.05)。结论T2DM合并CAD患者术后应用心理行为轨迹记录法干预,可提高生存质量、改善心理应激水平、护理措施满意度。Objective To explore the value of psychological and behavioral track recording intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAD).Methods A total of 120 patients with T2DM complicated with CAD,who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from 2021 May to 2023 June were selected as the study objects.Envelope method was divided into routine group(n=58,routine intervention)and observation group(n=62,psychological behavior track recording intervention).The application value of different nursing interventions were explored.Results After intervention,the scores of quality of life and psychological stress in observation group were lower than those in routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing measures in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.928,P<0.05).Conclusion The applica-tion of psychological and behavioral track recording in postoperative intervention of T2DM patients with CAD can im-prove the quality of life,psychological stress level and nursing satisfaction.
