雷火灸结合三伏贴治疗寒凝血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 分析雷火灸结合三伏贴治疗寒凝血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床效果,以期为临床该病的治疗提供参考依据。方法 选取2021年6月至2022年8月河南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的92例寒凝血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为两组,对照组应用三伏贴和瓜蒌薤白白酒汤,观察组在对照组的基础上应用雷火灸结合三伏贴治疗。干预前,干预1周后采用中医证候评分、西雅图心绞痛量表进行评价。结果 治疗后,两组1周内心绞痛发作次数、每次发作持续时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胸痛胸闷、心悸、畏寒肢冷、气短乏力、倦怠懒言、失眠多梦评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后西雅图心绞痛量表各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 雷火灸结合三伏贴治疗有助于改善寒凝血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者临床症状,促进患者恢复。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with San-fu Herbal patch in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods From June 2021 to August 2022,92 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris of cold coagulation and blood stasis type who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with San-fu Herbal patch and Gualou Xiebai liquor decoction.The observation group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion combined with San-fu Herbal patch on the basis of the control group.Before the intervention and one week after the intervention,TCM symptom score and Seattle angina pectoris scale were used for evaluation.Results After the treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the number of angina attacks and the duration of each attack between the two groups in one week(P<0.05).The score of chest pain,tightness,palpitations,chills,shortness of breath,fatigue,laziness and insomnia dreaminess in observation group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of all Seattle angina pectoris in the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with San-fu Herbal patch can help improve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and promote the recovery of patients.
