摘　　要：目的 探究激励式护理联合虚拟现实(VR)视频健康教育对肺癌患者的影响。方法 选取2020年5月至2022年5月郑州大学第一附属医院郑东院区收治的106例肺癌患者,以随机数表法分为两组,每组53例。对照组接受常规干预。观察组接受激励式护理联合VR视频健康教育干预。干预3个月。比较心理状态、依从性、生活和睡眠质量。结果 干预后两组焦虑、抑郁、睡眠质量评分均下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组依从性高于对照组(94.34%比81.13%,P<0.05)。干预后两组生活质量评分均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 激励式护理联合VR视频健康教育能够改善患者不良心理状态,提高治疗依从性,改善生活质量及睡眠质量。Objective To investigate the impact of incentive nursing paired with virtual reality(VR)video health education in lung cancer patients.Methods A total of 106 patients with lung cancer admitted to Zhengdong District of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2020 to May 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention.The observation group received incentive nursing combined with VR video health education intervention.The intervention lasted for 3 months.Psychological status,compliance,and quality of life and sleep were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression and sleep quality decreased in both groups,and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group(94.34%vs.81.13%,P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of both groups were increased,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of incentive nursing and VR video health education can improve patients’adverse psychological state,improve treatment compliance,improve quality of life and sleep quality.
