共建共治共享社会治理视域下公共安全危机的防控路径

摘　　要：以共建共治共享社会治理为视角,以公共安全危机的防控路径为主题,旨在探讨如何通过政府、居民和社会组织的共同参与,实现公共安全危机的有效防控。通过对相关政策背景的分析和国内外实践经验的总结,我们发现共建共治共享社会治理模式能够促进公共安全防控工作的协同合力。政府应加强法律法规的制定和执法力度,同时鼓励社区居民共同参与和强化自治能力的提升。信息化手段的运用可以实现公共安全的及时传递和共享,提高应急响应的效率。跨部门合作和协调可以形成一体化的防控体系,提高应对突发的能力。公众参与的积极推动可以增强社会共治的氛围,提高整体的安全意识和防范能力.From the perspective of co-construction,co-governance and shared social governance,this paper focuses on the prevention and control path of public security crisis,aims to explore how to achieve effective prevention and control of public security crises through the joint participation of the government,citizens and social organizations.Through the analysis of relevant policies and practical experience at home and abroad,it is found that this governance model can promote the synergy of public safety prevention and control.The government should strengthen the formulation and enforcement of laws and regulations,encourage community residents to participate and strengthen their self-governance capabilities.Use information technology to realize the timely transmission and sharing of public safety,and improve the efficiency of emergency response.Cross-departmental cooperation and coordination can form an integrated prevention and control system and improve the ability to respond to emergencies.The active participation of the public can enhance the atmosphere of social co-governance and improve the overall safety awareness and prevention ability.
