中医药治疗角膜屈光术后干眼症的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,随着角膜屈光手术的发展,术后干眼症的诊治也逐渐进入大众视野,该病影响着术后患者满意度,涉及屈光回退等后遗症状的产生,然而其西医治疗方式有效率较低,症状改善较慢,且针对中重度干眼症疗效较为有限。本文围绕近年来中医中药方面针对该病的诊疗方法进行综述,旨在汇总中医方面针对该疾病的治疗手段,提供更佳的治疗思路。In recent years,with the development of corneal refractive surgery,the treatment of postoperative dry eye has gradually entered the public eye,which affects postoperative patient satisfaction and involves the development of sequelae such as refractive regression.However,Western medical treatment is less effective,slower to improve symptoms,and has limited efficacy for moderate to severe dry eye.In this article,we review the recent treatment methods of TCM for this disease,aiming to summarize the treatment methods of TCM for this disease and provide better treatment ideas.
