摘　　要：薄型子宫内膜是影响妊娠和胚胎发育的重要因素,薄的内膜会降低辅助生殖技术中的妊娠率和着床率。目前对薄型子宫内膜的病因学研究较少,治疗方法虽多但缺乏临床统一性和规范性。本文结合相关文献,梳理薄型子宫内膜的影响因素和治疗方法,旨在为薄型子宫内膜的预防以及规范治疗方法提供可用的思路。Thin endometrium is an important factor affecting pregnancy and embryonic development,and thin endometrium will reduce pregnancy rate and implantation rate in assisted reproductive technology.At present,there are few studies on the etiology of thin endometrial,and although there are many treatments,they lack clinical uniformity and standardization.Combined with relevant literature,this paper sorts out the influencing factors and treatment methods of thin endometrial,hoping to provide usable ideas for the prevention and standardized treatment of thin endometrial.
