摘 要:针对船舶推进轴系轴向振动试验中需要在旋转状态下加载轴向静推力并进行动态激振的实际需求,开展了一种非接触式磁力激振器的设计研制、性能试验及轴系台架应用研究。首先对激振器的结构和绕组参数进行设计,然后加工实物样机并设计测力装置对其进行动性能测试,最后将激振器应用于轴系台架激振试验。提出一种非接触作动力的动态换算方法,研究了静推力、动态激励力大小以及旋转状态对激振特性的影响,并与力锤激振方式进行了对比。研究结果表明,非接触激振力的获取需要考虑激振器安装结构的动力学弹性并进行动态换算;研制的激振器性能良好,实现了设计和使用目标;试验结果及影响规律合理,验证了设计、计算和试验方法的适用性和准确性。According to the actual demand of loading axial thrust and dynamic excitation under the rotating state of the ship's propulsion shafting in the axial vibration test,a non-contact magnetic vibration exciter is designed and developed.The structure and winding parameters of the exciter are designed.The physical prototype is processed and the dynamometer is designed to test the actuating performance.The exciter is applied to excitation tests on the shafting bench,and a dynamic conversion method for non-contact actuating force is proposed.Effects of thrust force,dynamic excitation,and rotating state on the excitation characteristics are studied,and compared with that by the hammer excitation method.Test results show that the measurement of non-contact excitation force needs to consider the dynamic elasticity of the installation structure for the exciter.The exciter has good performance and achieved design and usage goals.The test results and impact patterns are reasonable,which verifies the applicability and accuracy of the calculation,design,and test method.
