摘  要:腐蚀与凹陷是海底管道常见的缺陷形式,腐蚀-凹陷组合缺陷会严重破坏海底管道的完整性,对管道的极限弯矩承载力有重大影响。对含腐蚀-凹陷组合缺陷海底管道的极限弯矩承载力进行准确的评价是目前的研究热点之一。论文采用数值模拟方法研究含腐蚀-凹陷组合缺陷海底管道的极限弯矩承载力,对影响海底管道极限弯矩承载力的参数进行敏感性分析,得到含组合缺陷海底管道极限弯矩承载力的变化规律。结果表明,凹陷深度和腐蚀深度对管道的极限弯矩承载力有显著的影响,且与腐蚀类型有很大关系。最后采用非线性回归方法提出了含腐蚀-凹陷组合缺陷海底管道的极限弯矩承载力预测方法,相关结论可以为海底管道的完整性评价提供参考。Corrosion and dent are common defects in subsea pipelines,which may exist simultaneously during pipeline operation,and have a significant impact on the ultimate bending capacity of the pipeline.Beyond that,seabed settlement,seabed development,and other conditions may bend the pipeline or even cause buckling failure.In the paper,the ultimate bending capacity of oil and gas pipelines with corrosion-dent defects is studied with numerical simulation,the sensitivity of parameters affecting pipelines'ultimate bending capacity is analyzed,and the change rule of the ultimate bending capacity of oil and gas pipeline with corrosion-dent defects is obtained.The results show that the dent depth and corrosion depth have a significant impact on the ultimate moment bearing capacity of the pipeline,and have a close relationship with the type of corrosion.A prediction formula of the ultimate bending capacity of the oil and gas pipeline with corrosion-dent defects is proposed with the nonlinear regression method,which may provide some reference for the integrity assessment of oil and gas pipelines.
