摘  要:目前敞水舵水动力性能研究主要从试验和数值模拟两方面展开,由于大舵角工况流场异常复杂,预报精度是难点之一。论文分别采用雷诺平均和分离涡两种数值方法对舵角变化的舵力试验开展数值计算。同时为了平衡预报成本与精度之间的矛盾,融合敞水试验与数值计算的优点,提出一种基于变可信度近似模型的敞水舵水动力快速预报方法,将少量通过试验获取的高可信度样本与大量通过数值求解得到的低可信度样本融合,构建一种高效的敞水舵水动力变可信度近似模型,并采用试验数据对近似模型的精度进行验证,实现敞水舵水动力的快速预报。Marine development needs and national defense tasks require the super-maneuvering ability of submarines with a large rudder angle.When submarines complete various tasks or encounter dangerous situations,the influence of large rudder deflections and sudden changes in speed on submarine maneuvering performance should not be ignored.At present,the hydrodynamic prediction of open-water rudder is mainly carried out from the open-war rudder test and numerical simulation,and the flow field under large rudder deflections is extremely complex.Forecasting accuracy is one of the difficult problems in this field.Two numerical methods,RANS and DES,were used to calculate the rudder force test at a range of rudder angles.At the same time,in order to balance the contradiction between prediction cost and accuracy,and to combine the advantages of open water test and numerical calculation,a rapid hydrodynamic prediction method for open-water rudder based on variable confidence approximation model was proposed.A small number of high confidence samples obtained by experiment were combined with a large number of low confidence samples obtained by numerical solution.An efficient multi-fidelity model of rudder efficiency prediction was constructed,and the accuracy of the surrogate model was verified by the test data,so as to realize the rapid hydrodynamic prediction of open-water rudder.
