摘 要:在L360钢基体上化学镀Ni-Cu-P镀层,施镀5 h后获得76μm的镀层,将试样放在H2S环境下分别浸泡4、24、72、120、240、720和1440 h后,采用显微硬度仪和光学接触角测试仪分别检测镀层的维氏硬度和接触角,采用精密天平对试样进行称重并计算腐蚀速率,采用扫描电子显微镜和光学显微镜分析了其表面和截面形貌。结果表明,L360钢化学镀Ni-Cu-P镀层后,维氏硬度由190.25 HV提高到549.78 HV,接触角由95.7°提高到113.47°,疏水性能提高,浸泡1440 h后,腐蚀速率从0.06 mg·cm^(-2)·h^(-1)降低到0.01 mg·cm^(-2)·h^(-1),耐蚀性提高。76μm coating was obtained by electroless Ni-Cu-P plating on L360 steel for 5 h.The samples were immersed in H_(2)S for 4 h,24 h,72 h,120 h,240 h,720 h and 1440 h,respectively.The vickers hardness and contact angle of the coating were measured by microhardness tester and optical contact angle tester respectively.The weight of the samples were measured by a precision balance and the corrosion rates were calculated.The surface and cross-section morphology of the coating were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and optical microscope.The results show that after Ni-Cu-P coating is plated on L360 steel,the Vickers hardness increases from 190.25 HV to 549.78 HV,the contact angle increases from 95.7°to 113.47°,which can improve the hydrophobicity.The corrosion rate decreases from 0.06 mg·cm^(-2)·h^(-1)to 0.01 mg·cm^(-2)·h^(-1),which can improve the corrosion resistance after soaking for 1440 h.
