摘 要:由于海洋环境多变,舰船柴油机长期工作在高湿度、高盐度的环境下,导致发动机链条中的销轴套筒摩擦磨损极为严重,影响着舰船的整体安全性。而文献表明表面织构技术能改善零件表面的摩擦学性能。基于此,本文采用纳秒脉冲激光进行舰船柴油机链条销轴表面织构烧蚀试验,探究其激光加工工艺。设计单因素试验,探究脉冲数和重复频率对凹坑织构形貌参数的影响,平均功率、扫描速度、扫描次数和重复频率对沟槽织构形貌参数的影响。结果表明:脉冲个数为5000、重复频率为2000 kHz时,凹坑织构形貌质量最高;扫描速度和重复频率对沟槽织构形貌参数的影响最大,当平均功率为50 W、扫描速度为150 mm/s、扫描次数为150次、重复频率为2000 kHz时,沟槽形貌质量最高。Because the marine environment is changeable,the marine diesel engine works in the environment of high humidity and high salinity for a long time,which causes the friction and wear of the pin sleeve in the engine chain to be very serious,which affects the overall safety of the ship.Literature shows that the surface texture technology can improve the tribological properties of parts surface.Based on this,nanosecond pulsed laser was used to carry out surface texture ablation experiment of chain pin of naval diesel engine to explore its laser processing technology.A single factor experiment was designed to investigate the effects of pulse number and repetition frequency on the groove texture morphology parameters,and the effects of average power,scanning speed,scanning number and repetition frequency on the groove texture morphology parameters.The experimental results show that the texture quality of pits is the highest when the pulse number is 5000 and the repetition frequency is 2000 kHz.Scanning speed and repetition frequency have the greatest influence on the groove texture parameters.When the average power is 50 W,the scanning speed is 150 mm/s,the scanning times are 150 times and the frequency is 2000 kHz,the groove texture quality is the highest.
