摘  要:采用扩散渗法于950℃下扩散渗2 h后在DZ125镍基合金表面制备了Al-Ce-Y渗层,研究了Al-Ce-Y渗层试样和基体合金的热冲击性能,分析了热冲击裂纹的形态结构。结果表明:在实验条件下,DZ125合金基体和Al-Ce-Y渗层试样出现可视裂纹的热冲击次数分别为195、184次。该过程中渗层结构保持完整,无剥落现象,表明Al-Ce-Y渗层可满足DZ125合金对抗热冲击性能的服役要求。Al-Ce-Y coatings on DZ125 alloy were prepared by pack cementation process at 950℃for 2 h.The thermal shock resistance of DZ125 alloys with and without Al-Ce-Y coatings was studied.The microstructure of the cracks caused by thermal shock was analyzed.The results show that the visible cracks of DZ125 alloy and Al-Ce-Y coatings are detected after thermal shock with 195 and 184 times,respectively.Moreover,the structure of Al-Ce-Y coatings is kept intact without peeling off during the thermal shock process,which means that the Al-Ce-Y layer can meet the service requirements of thermal shock resistance of DZ125 alloy.
