摘 要:对Cr12MoV钢进行电脉冲辅助渗氮处理,并对其渗氮层厚度及性能进行了表征与分析。结果表明,电脉冲辅助渗氮处理后,Cr12MoV钢试样表面渗氮层厚度明显增加。当脉冲电压为900 V时,渗氮层厚度随着脉冲频率的增加而增大。当脉冲频率为12 Hz时,Cr12MoV钢的渗氮层厚度由未施加电脉冲处理时的60μm增大到210μm,为常规渗氮处理试样的3.5倍。Cr12MoV steel was subjected to electropulse-assisted nitride infiltration treatment,and the thickness and properties of nitriding layer were characterized and analyzed.The results show that the thickness of nitriding layer on the surface of Cr12MoV steel increases obviously after electric pulse assisted nitriding treatment.For the pulse voltage is 900 V,the thickness of nitriding layer increases with the pulse frequency.When the pulse frequency is 12 Hz,the nitride layer thickness of the Cr12MoV steel increases from 60μm when no electric pulse treated is applied to 210μm,is 3.5 times than that of the routine nitriding treatment sample.
