摘  要:沸腾床渣油加氢加热炉服役于高温、高压、临氢等苛刻工况工况中,加热炉结构完整性对装置的长周期安全运行具有重要意义。通过宏观检查、成分分析、壁厚检测、蠕变检测、金相分析、硬度检测等方法对某沸腾床渣油加氢装置加热炉TP347H炉管安全状况进行研究。结果表明,该加热炉炉管宏观总体情况良好,部分炉管硬度检测数值偏高,可能与加热炉在服役过程中存在燃料波动导致短时超温产生析出相及炉管冷加工硬化有关。该加热炉在后续使用中应注意监控燃烧器运行工况及炉膛火焰温度。The fluidized bed residue hydrogenation heating furnace is used in harsh working conditions such as high temperature,high pressure and hydrogen.The structural integrity of the furnace is of great significance to the long-term safe operation of the unit.The safety status of TP347H tubes of fluidized bed residue hydrotreating heating furnace was investigated by macroscopic examination,composition analysis,wall thickness analysis,creep test,metallographic analysis and hardness analysis.The results show that the overall macro condition of the furnace tube of the heating furnace is good.The hardness of individual furnace tubes is high,which may be related to the precipitated phase due to the short-time overtemperature caused by fuel fluctuation during the service of the heating furnace and cold work hardening of the furnace tube.The operating conditions of the burner and the flame temperature of the furnace should be cared in the subsequent use of the heating furnace.
