摘 要:对1Cr15Ni4Mo3N试验钢进行1050℃×1.5 h固溶、-73℃×2 h冷处理后,再进行不同温度、保温3 h的时效处理,采用扫描电镜、透射电镜、万能试验机、冲击试验机等检测方法研究了时效温度对试验钢组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:试验钢固溶、冷处理后,经460℃×3 h时效,其抗拉强度、屈服强度及伸长率均达到峰值,经580℃×3 h时效的试验钢冲击功达到峰值。460℃×3 h时效的试验钢组织为含有高密度位错的板条马氏体和残余奥氏体,540℃×3 h时效试验钢的马氏体板条特征有所减弱,620℃×3 h时效试验钢中逆转变奥氏体含量明显增加。After 1050℃×1.5 h solid solution and-73℃×2 h cold treatment,1Cr15Ni4Mo3N steel was aged at different temperatures for 3 h.The effects of aging temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the test steel were studied by means of SEM,TEM,universal testing machine and impact testing machine.The results show that,after solution and cold treatment,the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the test steel after 460℃×3 h aging reach the peak,and the impact energy of the test steel after 580℃×3 h aging reaches the peak.The microstructure of the test steel after 460℃×3 h aging is lath martensite and retained austenite with high density dislocation.The characteristics of lath martensite of the test steel after 540℃×3 h aging is weakened,and the content of reversed austenite test steel after 620℃×3 h aging is increased obviously.
