摘 要:结合某钢厂订货产品结构和热处理装备特点,针对当前14Cr1MoR钢热处理工艺中存在的低温冲击性能波动和成本偏高等瓶颈问题,在试验室开展14Cr1MoR钢高温退火+淬火+回火的新型热处理工艺创新。结果表明:采用本文所述工艺所得板厚1/2处常温拉伸性能控制水平与现行工艺水平相当,板厚1/2处低温冲击韧性总体更优,组织也更为均匀、细化,实现吨钢降低热处理成本350元左右,为企业创新发展提供技术支撑。Combined with the structure of ordered products and the characteristics of heat treatment equipment of a steel plant,aiming at the bottleneck problems of low temperature impact property fluctuation and high cost existing in the current heat treatment process of 14Cr1MoR steel,a new heat treatment process innovation of high temperature annealing+quenching+tempering was carried out in the laboratory.The results show that,the control level of tensile properties at room temperature at 1/2 of the plate thickness obtained by the process described is equivalent to that of the current process.The impact toughness at low temperature at 1/2 of the plate thickness is generally better.The microstructure is more uniform and refined,and the heat treatment cost per ton of the steel is reduced by about 350 yuan,which provides technical support for enterprise innovation and development.
