微水节能热风阀压力损失研究

摘  要:热风阀广泛应用于热风炉系统,是现代高炉炼铁的重要设备之一。通过热风阀阻损试验和理论计算,给出了阻力损失和流量之间的关系。通过对某钢厂DN1500阀板水道进行改进,可以有效地降低阀板的阻力系数,在相同的设计流量下,改进后的阀板需要的系统压力损失降低15%,可以达到节能降耗目的。同时试验结果表明:冷却水速由系统压差和水道的当量直径决定,压差越大,水速越大,冷却水速和进口压力没有直接的关系。当系统压差一定时,在一定范围内缩小水道截面尺寸有利于提高水速。当截面积过小时,流速反而降低。Hot blast valve is used in hot stove system widely and has become an important and indispensable equipment of blast furnace.In this paper,the relationship between pressure and flow volume is studied by pressure experiment and theoretical calculation.The resistant coefficient can be reduced significantly by improving the water channel of a certain Steel DN1500 valve plate.In the same flow volume conditions,the pressure loss for improved valve is 15%lower than original structure.Energy saving purpose is achieved.Meanwhile,the experiment shows that the cooling water velocity is determined by the pressure loss and water channel diameter.The larger pressure loss is,the higher water velocity is.The water velocity is not relevant directly with the inlet pressure.When the pressure is constant,decreasing the cross section of water channel within a certain range can increase the water velocity.However,the water velocity will decrease if the cross section of water channel is too small.
