摘 要:诱导细胞凋亡DFF45样效应子A(cell death inducing DNA fragmentation factor 45 like effector A,CIDEA)参与调控脂代谢的各个方面,包括脂肪分解、脂滴的生长和融合、脂质的积累和脂肪酸的氧化。脂代谢广泛影响着动物的生长、发育和繁殖,脂肪含量与乳和肉的品质密切相关。近年来对于CIDEA基因在脂代谢方面的研究越来越深入,取得了一些进展。本文对CIDEA的结构特点、CIDEA基因组织表达、转录调控、营养物质和激素对其表达影响及其在动物脂代谢中的作用等几个方面的研究进展进行了综述,旨在为研究CIDEA基因影响动物脂代谢网络调控机制提供参考。Cell death inducing DNA fragmentation factor 45 like effector A(CIDEA)is an essential regulator of various aspects of lipid metabolism,including lipolysis,lipid droplet growth and fusion,lipid accumulation,and oxidation of fatty acids.Lipid metabolism widely affects the growth,development and reproduction of animals,and fat content is closely related to the quality of milk and meat.In recent years,gene-targeting studies have provided novel insights into the physiological function of CIDEA gene in animal lipid metabolism.Here,the recent advances made on CIDEA structure,CIDEA gene tissue expression,transcriptional regulation,the effects of nutrients and hormones on CIDEA expression and its role in lipid metabolism were summarized,which will provide references for the study of the network regulatory mechanisms of the CIDEA gene affecting animal lipid metabolism.
