摘  要:高速齿轮增速箱作为水蒸气压缩机配套使用的核心部件,由于采用动压滑动轴承,高速时轴承的运行参数会影响齿轮转子轴的位置状态,轴的位置又会影响齿轮修形效果,因而高速齿轮箱修形比较复杂,传统以滚动轴承为轴支撑结构的齿轮箱修形方法难以满足高速箱的修形要求,急需寻找更佳的修形方法。综合考虑轴的弯曲、扭转变形、动压轴承尺寸参数、油槽位置、润滑压力等多种因素的影响,基于Romax软件,先对动压滑动轴承进行分析,得到轴承准确运行参数,再对齿轮进行修形设计,通过对比齿轮组修形前后传动误差及振动分析结果,确认修形结果的有效性,并为后继产品的设计和生产提供依据。The high-speed gearbox is used as a core supporting component for the steam compressor.It uses dynamic plain bearings,the operating parameters of bearings at a high speed will affect the position of the gear rotor shaft,and the position of the shaft will affect the effect of gear modification.Therefore,the modification of high-speed gearbox is complicated,the traditional gearbox modification method with the rolling bearings as the shaft support structure cannot meet the requirements of highspeed gearbox modification,and a better modification method is urgently required.Comprehensively considering the influence of various factors such as the shaft bending,torsional deformation,dimensional parameters of dynamic bearings,groove position and lubrication pressure,based on software Romax,the dynamic plain bearing is analyzed to obtain the accurate operating parameters of the bearing,and then the modification is designed for the gear.By comparing the transmission errors and vibration analysis results before and after gear modification,the effectiveness of the modification results is confirmed,which provides a basis for the design and production of subsequent products.
