摘  要:为了保证纯电动矿用宽体自卸车电制动系统发生故障时的行车安全,提出一种基于故障导向安全的纯电动宽体自卸车辅助制动系统方案,通过控制并联在永磁同步电机侧的辅助制动电阻的投入,消耗永磁同步电机切割磁场产生的能量,形成电制动功率,增加车辆在故障情况下的制动能力;同时提出一种辅助制动电阻的计算方法,通过AMESim仿真软件搭建模型进行仿真计算,计算结果表明,辅助制动系统方案可以起到增加整车制动力的效果,进而保证车辆的行车安全。To ensure the driving safety of the battery electric mining wide-body dumper when the electric braking system fails,an auxiliary braking system plan based on fail safe is proposed for the battery electric widebody dumper,which consumes the energy generated by the cutting magnetic field of the permanent magnet synchronous motor by controlling the input of the auxiliary braking resistor connected in parallel to the side of the permanent magnet synchronous motor to produce an electric braking power,so as to increase the braking capacity of the vehicle in case of faults.Meanwhile,a calculation method for the auxiliary braking resistance is proposed,and a model is established by the simulation software AMESim for simulation calculation.The calculation results show that the auxiliary braking system plan can increase the overall braking force,thereby ensuring the driving safety of the vehicle.
