摘 要:搅拌装置参数变化影响到混凝土搅拌质量、生产效率,而且对混合料的强化作用起着至关重要的作用,而新拌混凝土中的含气是通过这种强化作用撕开水泥浆并裹挟进入产生的溶胶性气泡。因此,要达到对含气量的有效控制,提高混凝土的界面特性和耐久性,必须研究不同工作参数对混凝土含气量的影响规律。对双排叶片搅拌装置进行分析和试验研究,结果表明:双排叶片搅拌机主角和副角变化对混凝土含气量的影响较大;在主角为40°时新拌混凝土含气量普遍较高,为3%~4%;双排叶片搅拌装置参数变化不仅能够改善新拌混凝土的含气量,同时能够提高硬化混凝土的力学性能。Parameter changes of mixing plant affect the concrete mixing quality and production efficiency and play a crucial role in the reinforcement of the mixture.The air in the fresh concrete is the aerosol bubbles entrained through reinforcementtearing apart the cement paste.Therefore,to achieve effective control of air content and improve the interfacial properties and durability of concrete,it is necessary to study the influence of different working parameters on the air content of concrete.The analysis and experimental research are carried out on the mixing plant with two rows of blades.The results show that the changes in the main angle and auxiliary angle of the mixing plant with two rows of blades have a greater impact on the air content of concrete,the air content of fresh concrete is generally higher at a main angle of 40,ranging from 3%to 4%,and the parameter changes of the mixing plant with two rows of blades not only improve the air content of fresh concrete,but also enhance the mechanical properties of hardened concrete.
