摘 要:推土机的模块化设计及布置能够提高整机制造性和维修性,降低生产成本,是推土机总体设计的一个重要方向。电传动应用于推土机,可使整机具有节能、舒适、高效等诸多优点,但以传统液力—机械传动推土机结构为基础进行电传动推土机开发不利于整机模块化布置。总结推土机电传动系统工作原理、结构特点及模块化布置的适应性,介绍电传动推土机整机模块化设计及布置对各部件的技术要求,并结合实例进行说明,可为同类产品开发提供借鉴。The modularized design and layout of dozers can improve the overall manufacturability and maintainability and reduce the production costs,which is an improvement direction for the overall design of dozers.The application of electric drive to dozers gives the machine many advantages such as energy saving,comfort and high efficiency.However,the development of electric drive dozers based on the structure of traditional hydraulic-mechanical drive dozers is not conducive to the overall modularized layout.The working principle,structural characteristics,and adaptability of modularized layout of the electric drive system of dozers are summarized,and the technical requirements on each component for the overall modularized design and layout of the electric drive dozer are introduced and explained with examples,which can provide a reference for the development of similar products.
