摘 要:架桥机的主支腿能够起到支撑、纵移的作用,是架桥机的关键部件。以40 m/1000 t级架桥机为研究对象,介绍主支腿的结构组成及其自稳定原理,对上构架主板和主伸缩立柱进行结构设计,并对上构架与主立柱铰接点处销轴、上构架与斜撑折叠腿铰接点处销轴,以及主伸缩立柱伸缩固定所用销轴进行设计,通过有限元分析,验证方案设计的可靠性和安全性。此外,还对销轴连接处进行了润滑结构设计。The main gantry of the girder-erecting machine plays the role of supporting and running and is the key part of the girdererecting machine.Taking a 40 m/1000 t girder-erecting machine as the research object,the structure of the main gantry and its self-stabilization principle are introduced,and the structures of the main plate of the upper frame and the main telescopic column are designed.The pin at the articulation point between the upper frame and the main column,the pin at the articulation point between the upper frame and the slant support folding gantry and the pin used for the telescoping and fixation of the main telescopic column are designed.Through finite element analysis,the reliability and safety of the design are verified.In addition,the lubrication structure is designed for the pin connection.
